Your appointment at Skinvet

Before you attend Skinvet with your pet, you will be asked to complete a registration form and a detailed questionnaire on your pet’s skin history. This questionnaire forms a vital part of your pet’s skin consultation, and is required by our dermatologists Kathryn and Fiona in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to complete this questionnaire will result in rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment.
